Keells head of IT Services Ronnie Peiris on Wednesday said “we will be ready for operation by April,” adding that “the initial indications are that the first centre will come up in Delhi.”

In partnership with India’s Raman Roy Associates, the 1000 seat venture will come up in stages, as per demand.

The partnership will also explore setting up outsourcing facilities in the Asian region, including options in Sri Lanka.

Peiris however said that the partnership was still figuring out the strategy the venture would adopt, including the service segment it would play in.
