This achievement follows a concerted sales and marketing effort which saw the station move up seven places from 11 position last year. Ahead of Colombo in terms of sales of Emirates Holidays DSF packages this year, are Tehran, Nicosia and Istanbul.

rnrnThe station compiled a series of attractively priced packages priced at Rs 40,500 upwards for travel and accommodation in conjunction with Emirates Holidays, making it possible for more Sri Lankans to attend the shopping extravaganza this year.rn
