Renewable energy player Vidulanka Ltd plans to tap the capital markets next year to raise around Rs. 265 million to fund upcoming power projects, officials said Wednesday. Renewable energy player Vidulanka Ltd plans to tap the capital markets next year to raise around Rs. 265 million to fund upcoming power projects, officials said Wednesday. The power producer presently generates its core revenues through operating a 3.2 mega watt minihydro plant in Ratnapura. This Rs. 315 million plant comes carries a 15 year power purchase agreement, with the Ceylon Electricity Board.
