"This is opposed to China and India where the growth path has not stopped but is not growing at anticipated space enabling growth or space for other countries to pick up in the short term."
Aon Hewitt, an international HR consulting and outsourcing firm, launched its suite of selection and assessment tools for Sri Lankan organizations in Colombo recently.
The suite covers a range of solutions from campus and entry level candidate selection, middle management assessments, senior management development centres and virtual development centres.
