Hillary Clinton fit to serve, after pneumonia diagnosis

hillary clinton election

Sept 15, 2016 (LBO) - Hillary Clinton is healthy and "fit to serve" as US president, according to her doctor, after the Democratic presidential nominee was diagnosed with pneumonia. Clinton's longtime physician, Lisa Bardack, said Clinton's pneumonia diagnosis on Sept. 9 started as a "low grade fever, congestion and fatigue," BBC reported.

Both presidential candidates, among the oldest ever to run for the White House, have been under pressure to share more medical information.

A dizzy spell forced Mrs Clinton, 68, to leave a 9/11 ceremony in New York on Sunday, but Bardack said Clinton was "recovering well with antibiotics and rest".
