Description
SOCIAL MOBILE ANALYTICS AND CLOUD ARE REDEFINING THE ENTERPRISE SMAC IS REDEFINING THE ENTERPRISE
Enterprises have been deploying social media, mobile applications, analytics and cloudcomputing independently to drive their business results. Social media offer seamless collaboration, sharing and dissemination of knowledge between multiple stakeholders in real time. Analytics applied to multiplicity of disparate data sources unearths powerful insights for effective decision-making. Mobile is creating a pervasive data environment. Cloud makes computing truly ubiquitous; making mission critical information visible on real time and also frees enterprises from shackles of storage and infrastructure.
Each of these technologies is complementary in nature but has a high potential to deliver a force-multiplier effect when fused together. Integrated together into a stack; Social, Mobile, Analytics and Cloud technologies (SMAC) are expected to transform the 21st century enterprises. The SMAC effect could make the enterprises agile, collaborative, connective, distributed, lean, and flexible, responsive, robust, scalable, transparent and visible.
The benefits accrued to SMAC enabled enterprises include enhanced customer engagement, improved enterprise processes, strengthened collaboration and effective decision-making and also bringing all stakeholders together. The 2014 Edition of LBR LBO Enterprise Summit will bring local and regional experts to discuss the extent to and manner in which SMAC stack is impacting the modern enterprise. The Summit will also enlighten the participants on both challenges and opportunities deployment of SMAC stack offers.
