I stated the interview by asking Millennium IT CEO Tony Weerasinghe if the company can maintain growth with its business model of selling niche proprietary software to exchanges.

Shamindra Kulamannage: Do you think the MIT can maintain growth with its business model of selling niche proprietary software to exchanges.

Tony Weerasinghe: I think we have made a great success of branding our proprietary software and the market has started accepting it. In the recent past we have acquired some very large customers- top tier customers- because of the technology and the product’s maturity, they saw it can help them in their business.
