New Sri Lanka company law available on Registrar of Companies website

May 21, 2007 (LBO) – Copies of Sri Lanka’s new Companies Act can now be downloaded from the Web and are available at the government publications bureau.
A spokesman for the Registrar of Companies Department said the Companies Act No 7 of 2007, which came into affect on May 03, can be downloaded from their website

It is available in all three languages, Sinhala, Tamil and English, along with registration forms.

Law what law? This all pontification.

There has been no law no order no regulation.

The law is actualy lawlessness and those who are lawless are the ones who are trying to impose a lawless law, this is definitly going to be the standard trend so we will have to depend on lawlessness.

Look at the news, I wonder what these people are talking about.

In Sri Lanka the one who has a lot of money is the Law, Controls the Law.

So What is the use of talking about the Law this is a very big joke.
