The visitors are up 2-1 in the series after winning the third one-day at the Premadasa Stadium on Saturday.
“We will be implementing this rule on Tuesday,” the cricket board said.The two sides meet for the fifth game in Pallekele in Kandy on August 4 and a one-off Twenty20 match at the same venue on August 7.
“The public are warned that the security personnel will search for the above items very strictly and will confiscate the item if found on the spectator.”
