Sri Lanka cricket captain to talk business with directors

Mar 01, 2013 (LBO) - Sri Lanka cricket captain Kumar Sangakkara will address top business executives at an event organized by the Sri Lanka Institute of Directors.
Ramesh Schaffter, director of the Janashakthi Insurance Sri Lanka will interview Sangakkara at the forum on pursuing a mission, building a winning team, hatching strategy, perfecting one’s game, mental preparedness and physical fitness.

He will also talk on competing head to head internationally, dealing with the Board, motivating the team, succession planning, recovering from failure and riding on success.

The interview will also cover the views of the Cricket Captain on women in the game, celebrity status big money and corruption in sports.

The forum will held on first of March 01, at 6 p.m. at the Taj Samudra, Colombo.

Funds raised from the forum will be used to help small and medium entrepreneurs.

My advice to executives listening to Kumar....learn from him abt pursuing a mission, building a winning team..ect, ect., but just don't give up the way he did in WC final against India!
