Sri Lanka Treasuries yields slip

July 21, 2010 (LBO) - Sri Lanka's Treasuries yields slipped at Wednesday's auction despite the government raising 1.4 billion rupees in fresh cash in an auction where 13.0 billion rupess in maturing bills were offered for sale.
The 3-month yield fell 06 basis points to 7.92 percent the 6-month yield fell 05 basis points to 8.70 percent and the 12-month yield fell 08 basis points to 9.09 percent, the debt office said.

The government raised 7.9 billion rupees in 12-month bills, 5.5 billion rupees in 6-month bills and only a billion rupees in 3-month bills.
