In a project that started in 2010, Queen's Hotels rooms had been increased to 77 from 54 with air conditioning, the firm said.

What's their ROI? SL construction costs are so high that there is not enough return for any of these hotels...they cant bring down tourists to SL for the season or for the perahera and expect to break even
