August 3, 2018 (LBO) - The Board of Directors of CSE listed Alliance Finance has appointed Non Executive Director Ramani Ponnambalam as Chairperson with effect from July 31st.

Mrs. Ponnambalam "has held several senior management positions in large private sector entities. She served as a Director of McLarens Holdings Ltd. and currently serves as the CEO/Managing Director of Macbertan (Pvt) Ltd. and as a Non-Executive Director of Hotel Services (Ceylon) PLC & Amaya Leisure PLC. She has served in key roles in negotiating and securing international and local businesses and development locally."
Alliance Finance is a CBSL Registered Finance Company. The 60 year old company has an equity base of over Rs4bn and customer deposits of over Rs13bn.
