rnThe Fort Magistrates Court heard the case Thursday, after allowing a three-week laps for the two parties to sort out their issues.rn
rnHowever, Mobitel lawyers told the Fort Magistrate that the parties had failed to agree on a settlement.rn
rnBoth parties also met Thursday evening to discuss the contents of a press statement, the regulator says Mobitel has to issue, clarifying the situation.rn
