Ananda W Atukorala, had been appointed as a non-executive director and chairman of the bank subject to Central Bank approval, a stock exchange filling said.
Atukorala has 35 years' experience in banking and had been Deputy General Manager ANZ Grindlays Bank Sri Lanka and was Country Manager Mashreq Bank.
