June 16, 2015 (LBO) – Sri Lanka’s Parliament is to debate no confidence motion against Finance Minister on July 06, Leader of Mahajana Eksath Peramuna, Dinesh Gunawardena told LBO.

The decision has been taken at a party leaders meeting held today.

“In fact they proposed July 07 and after lengthy discussions it was finally decided to hold on July 06.”

Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake earlier urged the opposition to bring the no confidence motion against him as soon as possible.
