July 23, 2013 (LBO) – London Stock Exchange group said its technology services revenues rose 28 percent reflecting the performance of MillenniumIT, a Sri Lanka-based securities exchange software developer it owns. Revenues in the March 2013 quarter from the firm rose to 7.4 million sterling pound from 4.9 million as overall technology services revenues rose to 15.5 million pounds from 12.1 million pounds.
“Our portfolio of complementary global brands continues to perform well and we have seen revenue growth across all of our business divisions,” Xavier Rolet, Group Chief Executive said in a statement.
“In particular, we have delivered strong results from FTSE, MillenniumIT and from Capital Markets, reflecting an uplift in admissions and money raised, and improving market sentiment in secondary markets.”
