Operating 28 manufacturing facilities worldwide, MAS offer design services through studios in the UK and Hong Kong, backed by a fully integrated raw material supply chain.
The company says it was of the first in the region to use the SAP R3 Apparel and Footwear system and was the first company to launch a global SAP Consulting firm, focusing entirely on the apparel and footwear industry.
MAS Intimates was awarded the SAP Awards for Customer Excellence, or SAP ACE 2007, in the best textiles and apparel sector implementation in large enterprises this month.
"SAP ACE recognizes the best leveraging of a SAP solution to manage and drive the business, while supporting strategic decision making, business transformation and managing growth," MAS said.
The awards are expected to strengthen SAP customer partnerships in the Indian subcontinent and insights gained during the evaluation process will used to create better products and services in the future.
