Other players fear that the company would use SLT infrastructure to get an undue advantage. Mobitel is fully owned by SLT.rn
rnIndustry players say that anti competitive rules are key to make sure that all deals between Mobitel and SLT are done at arms length or on a commercial basis.rn
rnHowever, the telecom watchdog is yet to enact a draft set of rules discussed by the industry for months. The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) at the new rules will be in place soon.rn
