A top CitiGroup executive said adapting to and leveraging technology is the biggest challenge facing banks around the world.
Victor Menezes a Senior Vice Chairman of Citi Group told LBR that banks in the sub continent are also facing the challenge of technology. Mr. Menezes also set up Citibank's operations in Colombo.

LBR: How do you assess Citibank’s operations here?

Menezes: Citibank operations is Colombo is entirely run by Sri Lankans and
it has a AAA local rating. It has a good momentum in revenue and customer
