Jul 29, 2020 (LBO) – The Board of Investment of Sri Lanka has signed an agreement with Vallibel Properties Limited to construct its state-of-the-art 16-storey office complex.
This project with a total value of US$ 8.1 Million will be set up at Colombo 3 and expected to provide direct employment for 200 employees.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the BOI by Susantha Ratnayake, Chairman of the Board and S B Rangamuwa, Managing Director of Vallibel Finance.

” S B Rangamuwa stated.
Carrying the hallmarks of a unique architectural masterpiece, the 16-storey building is expected to be completed within 18 months.
