Embark opens mini concept store at BIA

  Visitors to Sri Lanka as well as Sri Lankans travelling overseas can now support the country’s brand with a cause and live the passion prior to departure, following the opening of an independent Embark store at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) Katunayake.   Hot on the heels of the opening of the first independent Embark store in the Galle Fort, this compact colourful space is filled with new collections of stylish Embark clothing, accessories, and gifts for two legged and four legged friends. It is located on the First Floor of the Duty Free complex of the Departure Terminal.   The brand hopes to do more work with street dogs and communities through the sale of these products, and give a bigger platform to a very special Sri Lankan breed of dog which is otherwise unwanted and mostly unloved.   Embark products will continue to be available at the ‘Luv SL’ shop at the airport with both spaces having a different range of products, offering a wider choice to international customers.
