The President has appointed Dr Harsha de Silva, State Minister of National Policies and Economic Affairs as Acting Minister during the absence of Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe who is also the Minister of National Policies and Economic Affairs.
The PM is currently on an official visit to Norway and the UK until the 10th of this month.
