This works out to USD one(145) per every citizen of the country. In addition to reveling these lapses where is the administration actions.Reveling with out actions will only some times convey a wrong message that it was the responsibility of the former head of state & end @ this whilst there would have been a massive responsibility/authority structures behind these.Talking of fuel the world demand for Coal is down by 4% up to now for this year in comparison with the 9 months of last year.(China cutting down use of coal for environmental reasons along with US & the world moving out of it slowly but steadily). So the prices too are under pressure.
