Sri Lanka Telecom on Monday pushed back its IPO debut to November 28, while finalising the issue price at Rs. 15.00.
The Colombo Stock Exchange (SEC) informed stockbrokers on Monday that the prospectus would come out on November 15, while the opening the subscription list on November 28.

rnThe CSE also approved SLTs application to list 1.8 million ordinary shares of which 216.5 million shares will be issued to the public, with the option to issue a further 54 million shares if the issue is over subscribed.

rnSubscription for the issue was initially set to open on November 25, with the prospectus coming out on November 12.rn

rnIndustry officials say the issue was postponed to give issue manages DFCC a few more days to market and prepare for the IPO. rn
