“The government cannot maintain the case fire agreement by itself. The LTTE has to cooperate as well,” he said.
“They (LTTE) have violated the agreement thousands of times,” he said.
The LTTE is accused of violating the cease fire agreement 3,006 times and the government is accused of breaking the agreement 132 times.
