Sri Lanka Treasuries flat

Jan 25, 2012 (LBO) – Sri Lanka’s Treasuries yields were flat across maturities at Wednesday’s auction with 14.3 billion rupees of bills being sold, the state debt office said. The 3-month yield was flat at 8.67 percent with 8.6 billion rupees of bills sold and the 6-month month yield was flat at 8.71 percent with 2.4 billion rupees of paper sold.

The 12-month yield eased 01 basis point to 9.30 percent.

In the secondary the 01.03.14 two year bond was quoted around 9.70/75 percent up from 9.60 percent levels yesterday, dealers said.

A 15.07.2015 bond which dropped to 9.85 percent yesterday picked up to 9.90/10.00 percent levels on Wednesday.
