Sri Lanka Treasuries yields steady, 3-month rejected

Aug 21, 2013 (LBO) – Sri Lanka’s Treasuries yield were steady at Wednesday’s auction with six and 12-month yields easing one basis point, data from the state office showed. The 6-month yield eased one basis point to 9.65 percent and the 12-month yield also eased a basis point to 10.55 percent.

Bids for 3-month bills were rejected. Last week 3-month bills were auctioned at 8.61 percent.

The debt office offered 6.0 billion rupees of bills for rollover and sold 8.9 billion rupees worth bills.
