Allyson Felix won gold with a time of 21.81 seconds and Jamaica's Veronica Campbell won silver with a time of 22.34 seconds while Jayasinghe won bronze with 22.63. She came in just ahead of USA's Torri Edwards who registered 22.65 seconds
Sri Lanka wins 200m bronze at Osaka
August 31, 2007 (LBO) – Sri Lanka's Susanthika Jayasinghe won the bronze medal for the women's 200 meter event at the international athletics championships in Osaka Friday. Jayasinghe was disqualified for the 100 meter event due a false start.
