The cabinet approval has been received to allocate 253 million rupees from the treasury to install a solar power generation system in the Sugathadasa National Sports Complex Authority. Cabinet has decided to allocate 216 million rupees for repair and full modification of flood light towers of the Sugathadasa outdoor stadium.
