rnCelltel hopes to grow its network to 250 base stations and improve coverage in the south coast. rn

rnPhase 5, which is to begin early next year, will more than double Celltels coverage, covering the north and east of the island as well. rn

rnWith 90 percent of their business coming from the prepaid segment the company says that growth is encouraging.rn
