1 million rupees, the firm said in a stock exchange filing. Siyake Produce Brokers (Private) Ltd, has a license issued by Sri Lanka's Rubber Control Department the statement said.

The rubber brokerage is owned by Siyake Manangement (Pvt) Ltd, a vehicle in which Asia Siyake Commodities executive directors Anil Cooke and Dammika Wedanda were also directors.
