Sri Lanka Treasuries yields steady
May 11, 2011 (LBO) – Sri Lanka’s Treasuries yields were steady at Wednesday’s auction with the government rolling over 8.
8 billion rupees worth maturing bills, according to data released by the government’s debt office. The 3-month yield edged up 01 basis point to 7.
06 percent, the 6-month yield rose 01 basis point to 7.16 percent and the 12-month yield was flat at 7.

The government sold 3.1 billion rupees in 3-month bills, 4.
7 billion rupees in 6-month bills and 891 million rupees in 12-month bills.
The debt office said auction for the re-issue of 10 billion rupees in maturing bills was oversubscribed with bids amounting to 18.7 billion being received.
