Future of modern workplace – powered by AI, driven by people

The first plenary session at the ‘Future of Business’ innovation strategy and learning event organized by The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce will be on the future of the modern workplace – powered by AI, driven by people.

This session will tackle how organizations can make critical decisions with data and act on, or implement these decisions using AI; focusing particularly on embracing technology for HR and tackling some of the daily challenges using AI. The session will also explore the future of jobs from a country perspective.

The speakers for the session will be Dr. Vikrom Mathur, Founding Director, Tandem Research and Mr. Nishant Mahajan, Head of Executive Compensation and Rewards, Mercer (Singapore) Pte Ltd. They will be joined thereafter by Ms. Chandi Dharmaratne, Vice President Human Resources, Virtusa for a panel discussion which will be moderated by Mr. Harsha Purasinghe, Founder/CEO, Microimage/MiHCM.

This one-day event scheduled for 23rd October at the Galle Face Hotel will enable participants to learn how to drive innovation in their organizations, dissect what changes are happening now, what is on the horizon, and how their company can adapt to face the future.
