Vietjet’s three-day 9.9 sale offers fares from USD90 on flights to Vietnam

Vietjet is giving Sri Lankan travellers another reason to plan their next trip, with a three-day 9.9 sale featuring Eco tickets from USD90 one-way (inclusive of taxes and fees) and 22% off Deluxe base fares on its newly-launched Colombo–Ho Chi Minh City route.

The sale runs from 22:30 on 7 September to 21:30 on 10 September 2026 (Sri Lanka time), with the promotional Eco fares available across Vietnam domestic and international routes, while the Deluxe discount applies to international flights using the promo code SALE99. Bookings can be made via www.vietjetair.com and the “Vietjet Air” mobile app, for travel between 10 September 2026 and 31 March 2027 (blackout dates apply).

Since launching its direct Colombo to Ho Chi Minh City service on 18 August 2026, Vietjet has been connecting Sri Lankan travellers to Vietnam and, through one of it major hubs, to a fast growing network across Asia, Australia, and soon, Europe. This October, the airline will launch new services from Hanoi to Almaty and Prague, marking its debut in the European Union market. More new routes will follow later this year and early next year between Vietnam and Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Australia.

These additions mean even easier onward connections from Colombo through Vietjet’s Ho Chi Minh City hub.
