This new feature enables customers to easily access the Doc990 services with simple voice commands via Alexa, which can be accessed via Android, iOS with Alexa app and Alexa-supported home devices.
Users can simply channel a doctor or book an appointment via Alexa and instantly add the total cost to their Dialog mobile postpaid monthly bill, deduct from their prepaid balance, or pay via their credit/debit card, genie, eZ Cash etc.
