Oct 03, 2017 (LBO) – Sri Lanka’s Singer (Sri Lanka) which was recently acquired by Hayleys Plc has appointed, Mohan Pandithage as Chairman and Dhammika Perera as co- Chairman of the company.
The appointments are effective from 2 October 2017 following the resignation of Gavin J Walker as Chairman of the Singer board even though he will continue as a Director of the company.
Pandithage serves as Chairman and Chief Executive of Hayleys since July 2009 while Perera who serves as co- Chairman of Hayleys, currently owns 50.
