Oct 17, 2017 (LBO) – Sri Lanka’s CIC Holdings, a subsidiary of CIC Holdings said it acquired a 70 percent stake in Unipower (Pvt) Limited, a firm that specializes fertilizers.
“CIC Holdings brought 376,600 shares of Unipower (Pvt) Limited at Rs. 632.17 a share,” the company said in a stock exchange filling.
