Dec 20, 2017 (LBO) – Sri Lanka's state-owned enterprise (SoE) employees will be given bonuses for 2017, the Finance Ministry said issuing a statement.
"However those still making losses will be entitled to the lowest amount," it said.
"The highest bonus of 15,000 rupees will be given to workers in SOEs making profits."
Bonuses of 13,500 rupees will be given to workers in profitable SOEs that had already paid other incentives and 5,000 rupees to those in SOEs which had reduced losses.
