The election of this senior opposition legislator to the top slot of COPE may indicate a changing horizen for the better. He will lead a team of multy party legislators to ensure value for money for people &would be able to keep an eagles eye.No need to mention of course a fearless note worthy decision going beyond personal attachments, like or dislikes.
