Apr 25, 2018 (LBO) - Sri Lanka’s Renuka Holdings Group said its subsidiary, Galle Face Properties Limited had started construction work on the 32-storey ‘Renuka Tower’.
"The project will be funded with a mix of debt and equity," the company said in a stock exchange filing.

"A potion of the equity will be funded through a prospective overseas investor." ,
The equity investment in the subsidiary will be 3.2 billion rupees.
The tower will provide 'A' grade office facilities built on company owned land at Galle Face Terrace, Colombo 3.
Once completed, it will have rentable office space and also have corporate entertainment areas, conference facilities, dining, recreation and all the modern necessities required to create a pleasant and safe working environment.
