The Association of Charted Certified Accountants (ACCA) said their national conference will take place later this month.









The Association of Charted Certified Accountants (ACCA) said their national conference will take place later this month. ACCA hosted a sustainability awards earlier in the year to reward CSR reporting among top corporate which they say encouraged them to organize the conference.

"Although there were delays, there was a significant trend towards adopting best practices in sustainable reports; these are some of the insights that assisted us coming towards this theme," says Dilshan Rodrigo, Conference Chairman, ACCA.

ACCA is the largest Accounting body in the world though its presence in Sri Lanka is doesn't reflect this.

Their first two day national conference with on the theme of creating competitive advantage for Sri Lanka will be addressed by both local and foreign speakers.
