Sri Lanka’s UPFA MP’s parliament protest end

Apr 21, 2015 (LBO) – Sri Lanka’s United Peoples Freedom Alliance parliamentarians who were protesting against the former president being summoned to the Bribery Commission ended their protest a short while ago.
The MP’s spent the night in the parliament chamber yesterday given the President and Prime Minister failed to come to a decision during the day.
Speaking in Parliament, Bandula Gunawardene who led the protesters said, that they are satisfied with the decision given by the bribery and corruption commission to go to the former president’s residence and record the relevant

The agility and respect for the will of people shown by the BC is commendable. Best way to fine solution and leading the country towards good governance. People really tired of corrupt practices.
